The apartment has a spacious panoramic terrace and an ideal setting: surrounded by nature, yet close to the main towns and attractions of Sulcis. Perfect for relaxing independently. I live on the ground floor with my dogs and a cat. I’m happy to suggest itineraries if you wish, while respecting your privacy. The 60 m² apartment is furnished and equipped for up to 4 guests (a double bedroom and a sofa bed with two single beds). The large panoramic veranda is ideal for relaxing, admiring the scenery and dining outdoors. A barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and local herbs are available. The property sits on around 5,000 m² of land with olive trees: ideal for nature lovers and guests travelling with pets, who are welcome (please contact me about specific needs, as other animals live here). On-site parking is available, and the interiors are barrier-free for easy access. Wi-Fi included. The elevated setting provides natural ventilation and mountain views. The home has air conditioning. Linen: bed sheets and a small set of hand towels are included. A full set of bath towels is available on request for an additional fee. Events are not permitted.
